As for gold ore grinding, a one or two stages grinding process can economically grind and separate any needed size. When final product requires for the largest size 0.2 ~ 0.15 mm, usually we choose one stage grinding process. Small factories, to simplify the process and equipment configuration, when grinding fineness required 80% - 200 mesh, it also can use one stage grinding process. Two stages grinding process has advantages of being able to get fine products, it can be processed in different grinding section for coarse grinding and fine grinding, especially suitable for stage treatment. In the large and medium-sized mining project, when grinding fineness is less than 0.15 mm, the two stages grinding process is the economy method, and the product particle size composition is uniform.
