Gypsum Powder Plant Supplier

Gypsum powder plant includes two main kind equipments: Gypsum crushing machine and gypsum grinding machine. In the gypsum processing plant, the crushing machine breaks big size gypsum ore into particle size less than 25mm. After sorting and measured by weight belt, the materials are sent into the grinding machine. 

After filtrated by powder concentrator, materials are sent to fluoridize bed furnace to calcine. Unqualified powder is sent back to gypsum grinding mill to re-grind until they are qualified. Wherein, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, ball mill, vertical mill machine, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder are common equipment. They are the gypsum processing plays an important role in the process.

Gypsum Powder Plant Application

Gypsum is a material widely used in industries and building construction. It is primarily used as a finish for walls and ceilings, known in construction as dry wall. In addition, it also widely used as a fertilizer and soil conditioner, a tofu (soy bean curd) coagulant, adding hardness to water used for home brewing, etc.. The gypsum mined from mine is fed into the gypsum sand process plant to remove impurities. Then, such processed sand is separated into various sizes by the sizing process in order to meet every size requirement from customers.
