How To Reduce The Gear Wear Of Raymond Mill
The Steering Requirements Of Raymond Mill
The arrangement angle ψ of the pinion gear of Raymond mill is usually about 20%, which is equivalent to the gear pressure angle. At this time, the direction of the positive pressure P1 of the pinion gear is vertically upward, so that the transmission bearing is subjected to vertical downward pressure, which affects the bearing of Raymond mill. The connecting bolts and anchor bolts work favorably and run smoothly. Since P1 is vertically upward, the force on the main bearing of the drive end of the mill is reduced, and the wear of the main bearing bush is reduced.
Improvement Of Gear Lubrication Method
- Use automatic oil spray lubrication device. Raymond pulverizers are mostly open transmission, and the sealing of the gear cover is poor. There are often ore pulp and powder particles in the grease, which will form abrasive wear, which makes the gear lubrication conditions worse, and aggravates the wear of the gear. The operating life of the gear is reduced, and the grease waste is serious. Raymond mill gear adopts automatic oil injection lubrication device, and grease is sprayed to the meshing part of the gear. This improvement only needs to move the automatic nozzle head to the point before the gear meshes, fix it on the gear cover, and make the oil pipe connection.
- Use lubricating oil instead of lubricating grease, which needs to be sprayed continuously before the gear enters the mesh to form a lubricating oil film. The lubricating oil flows in the gear cover and is used in the oil station after being filtered. Replacing lubricating grease with lubricating oil requires higher sealing performance of the gear cover. This method is mostly used in some Raymond mills with relatively small loads, such as coal powder mills.
